All the staff I me were professional and efficient and had good communication skills.
Suggested improvements
It is not always easy to understand which ward staff are senior. On one occasion I mentioned action by a trainee nurse which I considered unhygienic. I mentioned this to another staff member but I did not receive any feedback.

My treatment in Warwick hospital A&E was fantastic and after transfer to CCU the care I received continued to be faultless and the staff could not have been more helpful or supportive.

The lights above patients beds can be dimmed. I do not know if the patient was aware of this however I will ask staff to inform new patients of this option. My apologies to this patient in relation to their concern.
